HB2Bet Terms and Conditions — General Platform Rules

Access to and use of the platform HB2Bet are permitted exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Be a resident of Brazil;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list at HB2Bet or in any player protection program;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Hb2bet reserves the right to request proof-of-identity and proof-of-address documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Registering at HB2Bet requires: a valid email address, a personal password, your full name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, residential address in Brazil, and an active mobile number. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent to activate your account.

Each user is entitled to only one active account on HB2Bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, IP address, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all identified accounts, with balances withheld.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. HB2Bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

• Your password must be at least eight characters long and include a combination of letters and numbers;
• Sharing your credentials with third parties is prohibited;
• Users must keep their account details up to date — including phone number, email, and address;
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to maintenance fees in accordance with the current policy, which will be communicated in advance;
• You can request voluntary account closure through support at any time, with the option to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

The HB2Bet may suspend or close accounts that show suspicious activity, signs of fraud, bonus abuse, bet manipulation, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, even if partial.

The HB2Bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix — recommended method; instant deposits from R$ 20.00; withdrawals processed within 10 minutes;
• Boleto bancário — deposit credited within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, Elo; credit subject to card network approval;
• Debit card — immediate debit from the linked account;
• Mercado Pago — via account balance or a card registered on the platform;
• PicPay — via account balance or a card saved on the platform.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though specific limits may apply depending on the payment method.

The HB2Bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by banks, card networks, or payment intermediaries are the user's responsibility. Withdrawals of bonus-derived balances are subject to the applicable rollover requirements set out in Section 4.

• The weekly cashback of up to 15% is credited every Monday with no rollover and can be withdrawn immediately;

• Bets resulting in a draw, cancellation, or placed at odds below certain minimums may not count toward rollover completion, as specified in each promotion.

Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, systematically placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements, coordinated use across multiple accounts, or cashing out hedged bets — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as possible account closure.

The Sports Betting section of HB2Bet covers more than 30 sports with hundreds of daily events. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00;
• A bet that has been confirmed and accepted by the platform is binding and cannot be cancelled by the user — except when the cash-out feature is available and active;
• If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, the bet will be declared void and the staked amount returned to the user's balance;
• Live bets are subject to technical data transmission delays — HB2Bet is not responsible for bets placed based on outdated score information;
• Hb2bet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from users identified as professionals or displaying atypical betting patterns;
• In the event of an odds error (incorrect odds due to a technical fault), HB2Bet may void bets placed at the incorrect odds, with a full refund of the staked amount.

The cash-out feature — available on the main live markets for Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, and other selected events — lets users settle a bet before the final result. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds.

• HB2Bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user, regardless of outcome;
• Real-time odds fluctuations are inherent to live betting and do not constitute an error eligible for compensation;
• Internet connection issues on the user's end that affect live bets or casino games are not the responsibility of HB2Bet;
• Informational content on the platform — including analyses, statistics, and game information — is provided for reference purposes only and does not constitute betting advice.

The maximum liability of the HB2Bet to the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time the cause of the complaint arose.

The HB2Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to the address registered by the user and through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice for changes that materially affect users' rights.

Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect, and you may withdraw your full available balance.
